Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms govern the website luxurytintmotorsports.com and the automotive styling services provided by Luxury Tint Motorsports ("LTM", "we", "us") in Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and Orange County, California. By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes and estimates

All prices shown on this website, including tint package pricing, are estimates only. A binding price is provided in a written estimate after we verify your vehicle, film selection, coverage area, and condition. Estimates are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Photography on this site shows real LTM work but results vary by vehicle, film lot, and paint condition.

3. Bookings, deposits and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed when we acknowledge your appointment in writing (text or email). We may require a deposit for certain jobs, including mobile service and full wraps. Deposits reserve your slot and may be applied to the final invoice.

Rescheduling: give at least 24 hours notice and your deposit moves with you. Cancellation: deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before the appointment; inside 48 hours the deposit may be retained to cover reserved time and materials. No-shows: deposits may be forfeited.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we agree to invoicing in advance. Invoices issued through this website are payable via the Stripe payment link included in the invoice email. We accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

5. Vehicle condition and owner responsibilities

You confirm that the vehicle is lawfully yours or that you have authority to leave it with us, and you remove or disclose valuables before drop-off. For mobile service you guarantee a clean, shaded, suitable workspace with legal parking. You are responsible for disclosing prior tint, paint damage, prior PPF/wrap removal, aftermarket glass, or sensors/cameras; conditions discovered on arrival may require a revised estimate or rescheduling.

6. Warranty

Window tint installed by LTM carries a lifetime workmanship warranty against peeling, bubbling, cracking and adhesive failure, transferable with the vehicle. Manufacturer film warranties apply per the film maker's terms. Warranties exclude damage from accidents, misuse, abrasion, chemical cleaners, vandalism, glass failure, and unauthorized repairs. PPF and wrap work carry a workmanship warranty against lifting and seam failure for 12 months; material warranties are those of the manufacturer.

7. California tint law

Window tint legality depends on VLT level and window position under California law. We will explain the applicable requirements for your vehicle, but you remain solely responsible for selecting a legal configuration and for any citation, inspection, or removal cost arising from your shade choice. At your written direction we may install configurations that do not comply with California law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTM's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of vehicle use, or diminution of value. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Website content

Text, photography and design on this website belong to Luxury Tint Motorsports and may not be copied or reused without written permission. We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted here applies to your use of the website from that date.

10. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally - contact us at luxurytintmotorsports@gmail.com. Nothing here prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court.
